MIMt database new version has been released (March 26). Now every marker database contains thousands of new species well identified at every taxonomic level. Each database counts with two versions, one only containing sequences curated from TargetLoci and RefSeq, and a full version incluiding also sequences from genomes coming from Genbank.
There are QIIME2 classifiers artifacts for all versions and all markers. Test them from https://mimt.bu.biopolis.pt
