I am not able to view the youtube video, which is live. It is showing “video restricted”

yes, still showing “This video is restricted. It must be approved for you to view it.”

Sorry that you’re having problems viewing the stream, @Biji_Shibulal! I’m not sure why you are receiving that message. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to help with this. :slightly_frowning_face:

@Biji_Shibulal, I’m not sure why this is happening, but it could be an issue with an institutional or national firewall preventing access to the Youtube video. If it’s possible for you to access Youtube from a non-firewalled connection, that could help? So sorry we can’t do more to help. Good luck!

A fabulous workshop, unfortunately, the problem also happens to me I can not view smoothly the live stream on the youtube. Hope you will the videos on the youtube.

Thank Chris. It was a great Livestream yesterday I guessed everyone was the same but I missed the last one Beta Diversity. It is very useful to everyone is running the Microbiome projects. Is it possible to request you to save the Livestream to next day for someone can not view or then longer than now, everyone would love to see back a part of missing. Thank you!!!

Hi,
I understood that in the UK, the live video streaming is forbidden. I am able to watch it using mobile data; but not feasible…(sad that I am not able to follow the workshop; a much-awaited one…)

I am in UK and I was able to see the video yesterday, at least I was there until the first break could not return for the rest of the session.
