Hi! I'm very new to this and am looking for guidance on what to do next. I have run through the pipeline that I have been provided and now have some files that I don't know what to do with. I have an OTU ITS table and a taxonomy table. I'd like to make a chart/visual of some sort but don't know which tables/data to use. I have attached a picture of the last steps of the pipeline.

This is a pretty open-ended question. What sort of questions are you hoping to investigate with your figures? Did you look at the the visualizations that came out of metadata tabulate and taxa barplot, did those give you any ideas?
