Statistical analysis from .qza data or .qzv data

Hi to everyone, I am a new entry in this field of bioinformatics and I need your help. I do not have skills in this field but I would like to acquire them.
For this reason, I sent my samples to a company that gave me many graphs (some very interesting) but without statistics analysis. This package seems to be very common among the company that offers this service.

I wonder if it is possible to extrapolate the analysis somehow, so I can use it to write an article.

thanks

Hi @Francesco_Marrocco,
Welcome to the :qiime2: forum!
Yes, it is possible to do a publication worthy statistical analysis with .qza and .qzv data, in fact thousands of QIIME 2 users are doing it all the time! you are in the right place
I would recommend checking out the User Documentation to get started and get an environment installed for your analysis and then work through some of the tutorials that are also found in the documentation to get you familiar with how QIIME 2 works. The "Moving Pictures tutorial" is a great place to start. We also have a YouTube channel with helpful talks on bioinformatics and tutorial walk thru's.
If you ever get stuck, searching the forum for previous answers to similar questions can often turn up the information you need. If don't find your answer there you can post again here and get help from forum moderators or senior qiime users.
Good luck and happy :qiime2:ing!

Thank you @jphagen.
I tried to install the QIIME 2 following the instructions however my laptop does not have sufficient space to install all the library.
Is there the possibility of performing the analysis using an online platform?
Do you know the amount of space needed to install the program?
thank you
Francesco

Hi @Francesco_Marrocco,
I think using the galaxy interface for qiime2 would be the best solution for you as it is completely online. If you scroll to the bottom of the tools menu you will see the qiime2 tools suite there and you can get your analysis going from there! I hope this helps
