A new version for MIMt database have been released.
MIMt contains from 500 to 1500 new species in each of the ribosomal markers (for prokaryotes and eukaryotes).
Every sequence in the database is full-length and redundancy of 100% is removed to avoid miss-assigning (including the name of the species represented by the same sequence). In addition all sequences in any of the databases are well annotated at all taxonomic levels from Kingdom to Species.
