which ASVs are within an OTU?

Hello,

I converted my ASV table into 97% OTUs for a co-diversification analysis outside of Q2. The cluster-features-de-novo via vsearch provides the centroid sequence defining each OTU cluster. However, I am looking for each ASV sequence within each OTU. Is this possible within Q2?

Hello @Tyler_Carrier,

Unfortunately the way that qiime wraps the vsearch command means this information is discarded. You could use vsearch on its own to do this.
