I have been trying this code for the past two hours and I keep getting something back telling me there is an error with the classifier function. Previously it would say "invalid value for "--i-classifier" for ...(and then give me the directory i gave. And after redownloading SILVA, now i am continually getting

"Plugin error from feature-classifier:"
'[Errno 28] No space left on device. See above for debug info.'

And i have no idea how to interpret this problem or what to do to fix it.

It looks like you are running out of disk space somewhere. Are you running this on a virtual machine? If so you may need to allocate more space to the VM, details will vary based on your setup. Another common way that this can happen is that your tmp directory is filling up, you might want to checkout this thread.
