Is there a flowchart for fungi analysis!

As the current exaples are shown how to process bacterial data, can anyone give a flowchart to analyze fungi data? Thanks!

I couldn’t find a tutorial or flowchart on fungal analysis for Qiime 2. The developers should totally write one!

I did find this overview of the steps involved with ITS reads. Let me know if you have any questions about those steps.

The tutorial that @colinbrislawn linked to is currently the resource that we have on this topic (thanks @colinbrislawn!). As you can see, the analysis workflow is largely similar to bacteria, but with a different reference database.

Posting an official tutorial for fungal analysis has been on our radar for a long time, and we hope to do so soon. Thanks!
