Is DADA2 ok for ion torrent and 454 sequencing now?

I have data which is sequenced by torrent and 454. Can I denoise it by DADA2 right now?

According to the DADA2 docs - yes!

These parameters aren't currently exposed in q2-dada2, the plugin that wraps DADA2 in QIIME 2. We have an open issue to support this, and the code is currently in review, so we are hoping it will be available in the next release of QIIME 2. Stay tuned! :t_rex:
