Can anyone give me a simple explanation in filtering feature table and deciding what values would be better in my feature table. i tried going through qiime tutorials documentations and other resources but i cant get a better understanding
the below given image are the visualization my feature table (Note: i made some mistake during dada2 so there will be only less values, however i am utilizing this as my sample data and trying to figure out thing).

In order to give you advice I need to know, what is your objective on filtering your table?
Additionally for help on choosing a sampling depth, have you checked out our choosing an even sampling depth youtube video? I think I could be really helpful!
