@SoilRotifer you absolutely right. My only concern was that tax file naming may be more valid or prepared for further processing ( like containing only two words on species level instead of full strain name or smth like this). Of cource if it is a general approach to produce taxonomic from fasta file header - I should also try it. I will run all file and will return if there will be smth interesting
