This is just a minor convenience suggestion.
When one filters features from a feature-table it is often desirable -recommended even- to remove those same features from the corresponding rep-seqs file in a second step. Would it be possible to just merge these steps by adding an optional parameter in filter-features that additionally accepts a FeatureData[Sequence] file and filters the removed features from that in a second step?
