Hello,

I wanted to know whether I had interpreted the graphical plots correctly that is provided in the "Moving pictures" tutorial example.

I have provided the screenshot of the result:

  1. What is actually the number of features that says here 770? Is it the total number of sequence ?
  2. From the plot the frequency per sample means the number of sequences associated with each sample?
  3. What is meant by frequency per feature?
