I have prepared beta diversity plots in qiime2. Now i want ellipsoids representing confidence interval in my plots. I looked in the qiime2 forum where R was used for preparing. I am not much into R. Is there a way where i can export my pcoa.qzv from qiime 2 and then ellipsoids can be drawn.
