I’m pleased to share that our AMF Tutorial - Step-by-Step Guide for Analyzing Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungal Communities using QIIME 2 has been officially released!
The tutorial provides a complete workflow for analyzing AMF community data — from raw Illumina sequences to taxonomic classification and diversity analyses — using QIIME 2, the MaarjAM database, and complementary bioinformatics tools.

This resource was developed based on teaching and research experiences at Northern Arizona University (NAU) and University of Delhi, with the goal of helping researchers and students explore AM fungal diversity in environmental datasets.
