Deblur usage for truncation from the end of the read

Can I use Deblur to remove the last 3 nts of my single end data? For instance, the total read lengh is 260 and I need to remove the bases from 258, 259, and 260 positions. I could only find "trim" option and not "trunc" in the deblur manual.
Please advise

Hi @Pratyusha_Patidar, if you read the help text you'll notice that deblur uses different terminology... That is deblur users the term --p-trim-length which is equivalent to DADA2's --p-trunc-len-*.
