Error: no such option: --i-phylogeny

What an I missing??

Hi @Adi — as of QIIME 2 2017.9, there are now two related methods for computing core metrics: core-metrics and core-metrics-phylogenetic - as their names suggest, one is related to phylogenetic metrics, the other isn’t. You should be able to update your command to use core-metrics-phylogenetic, instead!
