Allow presence-absence heatmap?

Hi there,

I was wondering what people would think about adding FeatureTable[PresenceAbsence] as an input type to qiime feature-table heatmap? Currently the command only accepts FeatureTable[Frequency].

Not a huge deal, I just think this would be a nice, clear visualisation option for presence/absence tables.

Hi @Matilda_H-D! That sounds useful – I created an issue to track progress on this feature. I can’t provide an ETA at this time, but we will follow up here when the feature is available in a release. Thanks!
