You have a couple of options.

  1. You can simply use the full length SILVA classifier found here.
  2. You can use RESCRIPt plugin to make your own SILVA classifier as outlined here.
  3. Some forum members have already made and shared their own versions of the 341F-806R SILVA classifiers. If you trust those, you can likely make use of them.
