Hi I was wondering which 16s sequencing denoising method is preferred for analysis. Qiime2 offers two options, dada2 and deblur. May someone please point out the most precise one please? Thank you!

There is no preferred method in my opinion, it really depends on your data. This has been discussed a few times in the past before, so I would recommend having a look through the forum for previous discussions for more details. Here is one example that may be a useful starting point.
