Venn Diagram Creation

Hi,

Anyone know how to create Venn diagram from microbiom data, which show how many (or much) taxa are shared between samples?

Hello @baehsung,

I'm unaware of any actions in QIIME2 that do this, but it should be pretty straightforward in your plotting library of preference, or even in excel.
