UMAP, tSNE, PCA, PCO ?

Hello,

Could you indicate in which case we have to effectuate dimentional reduction with UMAP ? How can we identify which option from UMAP, tSNE, PCA or PCO is suitable for our data ?

I'm not aware of good resources that cover this topic for these specific methods. Mike Palmer's website has some related info (eg), but it doesn't cover these methods specifically.
