Software to visualize the tooted-tree. qza file

Hi!

Wondering what softwares do you recommend to visualize the rooted-tree.qza. I tried FigTree but it didn’t work. Maybe it is because of the format .qza.

Is there any option I can try uploading the artifact directly or I will need to convert it to another format?

Hey @idapantoja,

ITOL works with QZA files, but you can always use qiime tools export to get the underlying newick file for other tools like FigTree.
