Simple import for fastq demultiplexed merged seqs

Hello,

I simply want to import simple fastq demultiplexed and merged samples but I don't see any way to do it on the tutorials.

Can anyone help ?

Hi @leob44,

I haven't tried it, but maybe you could try importing them as single end sequences. They can then be clustered or deblurred, but not run through dada2.

Thank you for the reply. Indeed it worked using "SampleData[SequencesWithQuality]" coupled to a manifest file !
