Hello,

Is it possible to perform analysis of microbial data generated via shotgun sequencing using QIIME 2 ?

If so, could you indicate the list of tools included in qiime 2 allowing analysis of data generated by shotgun sequencing ?

Yes we do have a way to perform analysis on shotgun sequencing!

One Small Warning : Our shotgun distribution is in Alpha Release , so things are subject to change right now! We are very interested in feedback, if you try it!
