Will there be a way to save an emperor plot with the legend? Currently it is not possible. In view.qiime2.org only plot gets saved as PNG image, legend as separate file in format SVG.
@pbmail01 the legend is currently only supported when saving the plot as an SVG file. I don’t have an ETA for adding this feature, but in the meantime I’ve opened an issue in our tracker.
