I am working on the project to determine whether rhizosphere sampling method has an effect on the microbial community structure. So, the result indicated that there is no significant difference interms of alpha diversity, beta diversity and taxonomy community structure. The only difference was found with ANCOM having four differentially abundant phyla associated with one of the treatments. Could you please kindly suggest me what does my result indicate?
