Hi,
I was wondering how one usually reports a feature that is differentially abundant, but taxonomically has been classified ending like D_5__[Clostridium] innocuum group;__.?

Hi @Parix,
I often present it as "unclassified g__cont. Clostridium innocum group. To be honest, I’d probably just report as a genus contested Colostrium innocum group, because Silva species are not curated AFAIK. So, I’m not sure I’d trust the species level annotation, period.
Best,
