Recovery of Analysis Data

Hello to all

I had previously done a series of microbiome analyses until the DADA 2 stage on the Windows OS (Ubuntu).
I had to switch to a Macbook.
My question is, Can I get access to previously performed analyses?
Can I recover the analysis directories, in other words?

Welcome to the forum!
All data is stored locally, with output files written in the working or specified directory.
If one will transfer working directory with all related files to another machine, then it is possible to proceed with the analysis.
If you do not have access to the old working directory, then unfortunately you need to start again from raw data
