Rarefaction curves

Is there a way to generate data for making rarefaction curves using QIIME2. I know it need commands to rarefy sequences by sampling at different steps.

Hi @Bing, please see my post above, which links to the official docs for those new visualizers! You can also run qiime diversity --help to learn about what methods and visualizers are available within the diversity plugin! You can generally run --help on most of the CLI commands to learn more.
