Hey guys I am an undergrad currently trying to make a decision tree based on microbes that cause Chronic Kidney Disease. I am having trouble finding the right add-on/ option to use. Ideally, I want a Random Forest Decision Tree so I can visualize the data. Does anyone have any good ideas/help options?
