I'm trying to plot the shannon diversity from the tutorial, using the moving pictures tutorial files, but I'm getting this error and the corresponding command:
Hi! I already solved my issue (but couldn’t find how to eliminate my post)
I had in my metadata shannon_entropy instead of just shannon, I changed it in the 2 and 3 line of the code and it solved everything.
