That is strange. Could you provide the log file with the debug info? I wonder if that error isn't related to your distance matrix (or is happening as a result of filtering).

Do your metadata IDs definitely match what you have in your screenshot?

Oh my god ！I have found my fault. Because of the metadata.tsv

everybody who can find out that the real identification mark is "description" . I found it in my local directory when I convert metadata.tsv to metadata.xls metadata.tsv .I am so sorry for my mistakes.

Semi-related, are those first few samples supposed to be missing all of that data, or is your terminal just treating the tab-character very strangely in your screenshot?
