Hi @Huaizhi_Qin,
If you search the forum for the error there are some helpful posts where similar issues were resolved. This one recommends deleting the current qiime2 environment and then reinstalling so that you can start fresh. First, I would recommend running the qiime info command and sending me the output so we can see if dada2 is in distribution you have.
