Hello, It´s Vicky again !
I’m building my taxonomy plot, but when the command ends this message appears in the terminal, but the . qzv file contains nothing.

That is weird! Can you upload/DM me your filtered-feature-table.qza and your taxa-bar-plot.qzv so that I can look into this more?
