Problems when comparing two paired-end-demux data

I have some data sampled by myself. The visualization has been showed below.

Then I download some data of healthy individuals from ENA. However, the visualization is kind of strange.

I am new to qiime 2, so please forgive my ignorance.
Can anyone tell me the difference between these two data?

The second set of figures look like binned quality scores. You can search on this forum for "binned quality scores" for more info. Or read this or this discussion on dada2's GitHub.
