What is wrong with it？
The vsearch error should be in that .log file mentioned at the very end.
Can you post that too so we can take a look?

What's the problem in it？
That qza file has a fastq file inside of it, and it needs a fasta file instead.
I imagine you are following the ITS express tutorial.
Are you still using qiime2 version 2022.8?
What version of ITS Express are you using?
