PERMANOVA and PERMDISP both significant

Good morning to all!
I have a question about the interpretation of my data.
I have two group of samples (A= feed with standard nutrition and B= immunonutrition) that I tested for beta diversity. I have PERMANOVA test for bray curtis distance significante p- value 0.001, so I performed PERMDISP test and also this value was significant (p = 0.041).
Can you help me understand the meaning of these results?
The difference observed can be related to the type of nutrition?

thanks in advances

Regards

Rubina
