I am trying to run the multiple_split_libraries_fastq.py with my -i input and -o output but the terminal is not recognising the command : “multiple.split.libraries.fastq.py: command not found”
I wonder if this is because I am using qiime 2 now? or do I need to activate certain commands before using them?
Hey there @ecg, I moved this to the “Other Bioinformatics Tools” category because this appears to be a question about a QIIME 1 command — this forum is for QIIME 2. If you haven’t had a chance to look at the Overview guide for QIIME 2, I would suggest starting there!
