Methods Checklists for Microbiome Publication?

I'm curious about methods checklists people use in their work. I know STORMS was recently published, but I'm wondering if people have others, don't use checklists, or find them inappropriate for their work?

Thanks @colinbrislawn! It's a useful guide, but I feel like it's a different stage of study collection. This is metadata/sampling prep and STORMs is more manuscript writing?
