Hi all, I am analyzing skin microbiome data.
The PCR was done with 27F-534R primers. The sequencing run was done using a V3 kit (600 cycles) to generate 2x300 bp PE reads. I am looking for a matching trained classifier.

Welcome to the forums! 
The Qiime2 team ships trained classifiers for V4 and full length 16S amplicons on the data-resources page, but like you have already noticed, there is not one provided for V1-V3.
But no worries, you can train this classifier yourself using the RESCRIPt plugin.
