I am very new to bioinfo and also to qiime2, I am using HPC to analyze by data so i thought the latest version would be best to use but i realize that there is no pretrained classifier for this one. I tried to train silva but its not giving me anything (I might have missed something). I would really appreciate any suggestions for this issue.

We are still waiting on newly trained classifiers from Silva. In the meantime, check out this thread for a couple of options (either to train your own, or use a pre-trained one from one of our forum mods).
