LIME or SHAP in qiime2

Hello QIIME2 Team!
I am currently training a random forest classifier in qiime2 for forensic body fluid dientification and it would be fantastic to have a plugin in qiime2 that integrates this kind of functionality.

Thanks for the idea @meghna_swayambhu ! We have an open issue for adding SHAP in the q2-sample-classifier plugin. There was also some progress on a pull request to add this functionality, but that pull request was never finished so this remains open if someone else would like to pick up the pieces from that PR draft. :wink:
