Hello, thanks for your tutorial!
I'm new in QIIME2 and followed your tutorial to install in WSL. I successfully installed the Miniconda, but in the part of create an conda environment for qiime2 installation there is a fail:
Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): failed
CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url https://conda.anaconda.org/qiime2/label/r2021.4/linux-64/repodata.json
Elapsed: -
An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL.
HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.
Have you ever had a similar problem? Or have a orientation to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @joaomiranda , welcome to the forum!
This looks like some sort of network issue - we've actually seen this error come up quite a few times on the forum. Here is a good forum post with a couple of suggestions - give them a try and let me know if you are still running into the same problem!
Cheers,
Liz

@joaomiranda - I moved this data discussion over to a new topic thread, you can continue the discussion here:
Hi @lizgehret I have new doubts! Could you help me, please?
I don't know how to import my metadada, I built an .txt file for my metadada like the metadada tutorial in qiime page, but when i try to import this type of data in qiime2 the tutorial shows two ways: download the URL or use the wget command.
My question is: how could I import my file without an URL? Is there any specific command for this?
By the way, I'm using qiime in a WSL system, and I want to import this metadata with an manifes…
We try to keep each discussion to one topic, that way its easier for others to search out help in the future. Thanks!
