Is there a way to add Linear Regression Lines to Mantel Test?

Hi, I am running Qiime2-2023.7. I ran a mantel test for unweighted unifrac distance matrices between two groups to correlate their populations. Is there a way I can add a linear regression line or a line to show correlation as shown in references below. Almost all papers I see use some sort of a line to represent the correlation
