Installing qiime2 on own Galaxy instance

Hello everyone

I was wondering if you can help me with installing qiime2 on Galaxy.
We have our own servers on which Galaxy is installed and some of our users asked for qiime2.
I have noticed in the toolshed repo that only wrappers are available to install. How do you install qiime2? Conda, apptainer? And if so where should it be installed?

Thanks for the reply. I'm looking to install qiime2 on our own Galaxy instance, not using it, thats for the users. As I saw, qiime2 is only available through singularity not conda. Si I have some trouble installing it because our resolver is conda atm, but I've contacted the Galaxy team and hoping to resolve it shortly.

Ah I see! I misunderstood. Hopefully the Galaxy team can get you set up with qiime2 today. Please reach out if you need any other qiime2 help!
