Index prime sequences

Hi Qiimers,

I would like to order index primers for illumina miseq system from IDT. Does anyone want to share your index primer sequences which work for you?

Hi @colinbrislawn,

Thanks for sharing your experience. EMB uses single barcoded primers. I would like to use dual barcode primers.
I’m planning to use the same index primers for other marker genes this way we can change the targetted primer anytime.
