Importing alreday merged reads

Hi everyone,

I am trying to import an already merged (using uparse) paired end reads to q2, read a discussion that emphasis it's doable if I am going to use Deblur plugin as it only accepts only forward reads and import it as a single ended (is this the case still?), if yes then how?

Here is a tutorial to import pre-merged data. I hope this helps you import your data.

Here and here are discussions for how to do quality control with pre-merged reads. If you are unsure how to run quality control commands discussed in those links, I would recommend this section of the moving pictures tutorial.
