I have a query in context of Denoising and Clustering steps discussed in the previous day of the workshop. I want to know more about how can we decide whether or not to go for Clustering steps after denoising? What factors or requirements should affect our decision making? The example of ITS sequences was helpful but I would like more clarity on this. Please help.
