How could I to cite this "version" of UNITE? Because for version "8" have some options : UNITE - Resources.

Uh... It is a bit old for me to remember 
. As long as I could see, the files are ver8 so any of below should be ok.
Maybe you have finished your work with the older version, but I still suggest using the last release even if it means reanalyzing some stuff.
